At Meet Bernard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate your return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the garments are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Ship to Store

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or visit our London boutique for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
